This installation was part of 516 Art’s Land/Art New Mexico series that occurred in the summer of 2009 at the Open Space Visitors Center in Albuquerque. I used tree branches dyed black and suspended them in a small interior space painted, entirely, white. A moving light was installed in the corner, and light tracked east to west through the tree branches, bouncing light, shadow and reflection across all the surfaces of the room.
